For DALUMA we built a company portal that unifies finance, contracts, orders, document approvals, the warehouse and the vehicle fleet into a single digital ecosystem connected to the TRIVI accounting system. Automated workflows save dozens of hours a month and give management an accurate, up-to-date view of the whole business.
Accounting automationAn automated flow for accounting documents — from email to the ledger. The portal pulls invoices straight from your mailbox, uses AI to mine every field, validates them against the ARES business registry, assigns the right accounts, cost centers and orders, and posts the entries directly into your accounting system. Accountants review and approve instead of re-keying. It's already running in production at LIKO-S, for example.
